This session will focus on tapping into the energies of the
full moon. We shall Vinyasa flow to the hip and heart-opening Moon Salutation
sequence culminating in carefully chosen asana’s to enable the deep release of
toxins and old energy from the body, mind and the heart. Honoring and working
with our own internal cycles, and emulating the completion and regeneration of
the self that the moon goes through in its 4 phases.
