Creating a Safe, Healthy and Comfortable Workplace

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been closely monitoring the development of events around the world and have made sure to comply with our local rules and regulations to ensure our members’ health & safety.

Ikigai is now part of the Workplace Operator Readiness Council, which is a global council of workplace operators, who will share, coordinate, and develop information for advancements towards a safe and healthy office.

With the gradual ease of constraints, and as we look forward to return to the office, we have created a new standard reflecting the precautions and services that we have put in place.

Kaizen by Ikigai

The new standard: “Kaizen by Ikigai”, consists of a series of guidelines and procedures tailored to our unique workspaces. As part of “Kaizen”, we have been working hard at restructuring the design of our spaces for distancing, intensifying our cleaning practices and implementing new technologies to reduce the number of touch-points for the staff, visitors and members of Ikigai.

We know that up to date information is important when it comes to instilling confidence in our members as they transition back to work.
