Sprawling across five-acres of forest with the Kabete dam at the bottom of the garden, this location offers individuals and companies the opportunity to seamlessly integrate wellness into their workdays. As you drive through the gates, you will immediately feel as though you have left the city, although you’ll only be five minutes from Waiyaki Way. You will be surrounded by hundreds of different varieties of plants, many beautiful birds chirping the morning awake and a few families on monkeys swinging from tree to tree.

Ikigai Lower Kabete has 14 private offices, five of which are within the main building and nine of which will be tucked away between old trees and behind beautiful Agapantha’s. The natural light that pours into each office changes throughout the day, only requiring you to use artificial lighting should you be working late!

With many nooks and crannies for coworking inside the building such as the cosy communal area with fireplace, there are even more workspaces outside, in our lush, green, mature garden. You will love the green-house like courtyard where you can sun yourself next to our ferns and palms, walk over to café or down to the dam for some quiet time.

We’ve got 5 acres of exquisite space to host the event of your dreams. Whether a tasting, a painting session, or a team-building event, we are sure our space will be ideal for you.

This space is ideal for smaller, more intimate events or large events when rented in conjunction with the garden. This modern-rustic container café, with wooden decking has a beautiful view of the front lawn and the hundred year old trees that surround it.

We offer a variety of spaces to suit different working styles from private furnished offices, meeting spaces, and the communal space, all of which have the legendary plants of Ikigai and a view. We have also partnered with Crossfit Kwetu to offer our members a refreshing way to feel energized and balanced throughout the week.
